Rally Rabbit was born from a simple observation: the fastest-growing sports in America were still running demo programs on paper. We decided to fix that.
It started at a pickleball club in Austin. Our co-founder walked into the pro shop, asked to try a Selkirk paddle, and watched the staff dig through a three-ring binder full of crumpled sign-out sheets. Two paddles were listed as "checked out" to members who'd returned them weeks ago. One was missing entirely.
The club had 40 demo paddles worth over $6,000 — and no real way to track who had what, which demos drove sales, or how to follow up with members who'd tried (and loved) a paddle but never pulled the trigger on a purchase.
That night, Rally Rabbit was born. We spent the next eight months talking to 200+ club directors across pickleball, tennis, and padel. The story was always the same: they loved running demo programs because it drove equipment sales, but the logistics were a nightmare.
We believe every racket sports club — from a 4-court pickleball facility to a 20-court tennis complex — deserves a modern, professional demo program that delights members and drives revenue.
Rally Rabbit exists to make equipment demos effortless. When trying a new racket is as easy as scanning a QR code, more members try gear. When more members try gear, more members buy. And when clubs have data on what converts, they can stock smarter and negotiate better with brands.
Our north star is simple: Let them try. Watch them buy.
Racket sports are booming. We ship quickly, iterate constantly, and never let perfect get in the way of better. Our clubs depend on us to keep improving.
Every feature we build starts with a conversation with a real club director. We don't guess what clubs need — we listen, build, and validate.
We believe demo programs should be measurable. If you can't track it, you can't improve it. Every interaction in Rally Rabbit generates insights.
