Card payments for demo days run through your club's own Stripe account. Rally Rabbit's only transaction fee is 15% of the demo price — plus standard card processing (2.9% + 30¢), which comes out of your share, never added on top for your members.

Card processing includes a flat 30¢ on every transaction, so cheap demos quietly eat your margin. At $20 and up, your club reliably keeps about 80% of every demo dollar, and the program earns enough to be worth your staff's time. The floor protects your take, not ours.
Your club does, out of your share, at standard Stripe rates: 2.9% + 30¢ online. It's the same rate any business pays to accept cards. Rally Rabbit adds no markup on processing, and our 15% is our only transaction fee.
Demo payments settle to your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank on a rolling basis, typically two business days after the transaction. You can see every payout in your Rally Rabbit dashboard.
Your club's name, not ours. The payment belongs to your club; Rally Rabbit collects its fee behind the scenes.
You can refund any demo from your dashboard. On a full refund your member gets their money back and Rally Rabbit returns its fee too, so a refunded demo costs your club nothing.
About ten minutes. You'll verify your business with our payments partner Stripe (business name, EIN or SSN, bank account for payouts, and an ID check for the owner). While that runs, you can load your paddle inventory and set your prices. Most clubs take their first paid demo the same day they sign up.

Rally Rabbit sends automatic reminders 24 hours before the due date, at the due time, and 24 hours after. If equipment is still overdue after 48 hours (Pro and Club plans), your staff gets an escalation alert with the member's contact information. Our clubs report 95%+ on-time return rates.
